"The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are"
Carl Jung

Being between 18 and 25 can feel both exciting and overwhelming. You might be finishing school, starting university, or stepping into the workforce-and at the same time, friendships, relationships, and your sense of independence are all shifting. It’s a lot to carry, and it’s completely normal if you’re feeling uncertain, anxious, or even a bit lost.

For some, this stage also brings up things from the past. Experiences or trauma that you may have pushed aside but now feel ready to face. Or maybe something more recent has happened that feels too heavy to manage on your own. Whether it’s something you’ve struggled with for a long time, or a new challenge that’s shaken you, I’m here to help you work through it at your pace.

Therapy can give you the space to pause, make sense of what you’re going through, and reconnect with yourself. My role is to support you as you build resilience, explore who you are, and find clarity in where you’re heading. You don’t have to figure it all out alone-I’m here to walk alongside you as you move through this important stage of your life.
