The teenage years can be incredibly demanding, confusing, and often overwhelming. It’s completely normal to feel as though you are juggling multiple aspects of your life, such as family, school, and various friendship circles-whether they’re in-person or online.

Many young people face challenges during this time, and it’s important to know that you are not alone. Seeking support is a brave step that many teens take. I work with teenagers who face a variety of challenges, including feelings of anxiety or sadness, worries about how others perceive them, struggling with body image, and challenges in relationships with friends, family, or romantic partners. You might also have questions about your sexuality, concerns surrounding eating or food, and stress related to exams or schoolwork.

Together, we can help you gain insight into yourself and develop the tools to navigate life's challenges with confidence and resilience. Remember, it’s okay to ask for help, and I’m here to support you.
